We believe in creating garments intended to be worn, lived in and kept for years to come. The following Terms & Conditions outline how we operate, ship, fulfil and support our products.

If you are unsure about sizing or fit prior to purchase, we encourage you to contact us. We are always happy to assist.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, an exchange or Credit Note may be issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Variations in texture, colour and character are often an inherent part of these materials and are something we value rather than seek to eliminate.
No two garments are completely identical, and we believe these subtle differences contribute to the individuality of each piece.
Many of these characteristics are an inherent part of working with natural fibres and specialty materials and should not be considered defects.
For this reason, these items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, Credit Note or refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
As these pieces are often produced in limited quantities and may not be reproduced, we encourage customers to carefully review all sizing and product information prior to purchase.
Because these garments are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has commenced.
We understand that plans can change, which is why Custom Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, materials may have been allocated and work may already be underway on your garment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations beyond this point.
Production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on fabric availability, production schedules and manufacturing requirements.
Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the shipping provider.
Tracking information will be supplied where available.
If you require alternative arrangements, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to assist.
Customers are responsible for complying with any local import requirements and regulations applicable within their country.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, Solace Theory may provide a replacement, Credit Note or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift Certificates are valid indefinitely unless otherwise required by law.
Gift Certificates may be used towards any eligible purchase on the Solace Theory website.
Please treat Gift Certificates as you would cash. Unfortunately, lost, stolen or unauthorised use of Gift Certificates may not be recoverable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, customers are entitled to rights and protections that cannot be excluded by law.
